The main character of this movie is Moana. She is the daughter of a sea island chief, with curly long hair and bright eyes. She is very brave and kind. Moana loves the ocean very much since she was little, and the ocean seems to like her too, always greeting her. But her father doesn't let her go out to sea, because he thinks the ocean is too dangerous and wants Moana to stay on the island quietly to be a little chief protecting the tribe.
