我开始用新的眼光去理解父母，也重新理解那个曾经的自己。她不是脆弱，她是有能力活下来的孩子。

Years later, I carried that invisible weight into adulthood, across countries and into motherhood, until I finally began the slow and difficult process of healing — through distance, reflection, and learning to set boundaries with the people I love most.
