如果有一天，工作突然从你的生活中消失——你失去的，真的只是收入吗？

这一期节目，我们从一个看似现实的问题出发，慢慢走向一个更深层的心理命题：工作，对一个人到底意味着什么？我们邀请了一位经历过裁员与创业转变的嘉宾——金金，一起讨论：工作如何在无形中提供时间结构、社会联系、价值感与身份认同，以及当这些功能突然消失，人为何会感到空洞、混乱，甚至出现类似创伤的反应。

更重要的是，我们会探讨：当旧的角色瓦解，新的身份尚未建立，我们如何理解这段过渡期？又如何在不完全依赖“职业标签”的前提下，重新组织自我、找到位置？
