這集用一個超寫實的故事開場：同一種行為，朋友做和陌生人做我們給出的評論是不一樣的。其實我們每個人都是這樣——朋友遲到是「他一定有他的理由～」，外人遲到是「有沒有時間觀念啊？」朋友IG發廢文是「好可愛」，外人發一樣的文是「好無聊」。為什麼？因為大腦就是個偏心鬼，內建「自己人先護航」模式。本集不講大道理，只想跟你說：雙標很正常啦，但有自覺的雙標，才是成熟的開始。

Today's topic is — double standards.This episode starts with a super relatable story: the same behavior gets totally different comments depending on whether it's a friend or a stranger. And honestly, we all do this. A friend is late — "I'm sure they had their reasons." A stranger is late — "Do they have no sense of time?" A friend posts something dumb on Instagram — "Haha so cute." A stranger posts the exact same thing — "So boring." Why? Because our brains are naturally biased, hardwired to protect our inner circle. No big lectures here. We just want to say: double standards are totally normal — but being aware of them? That's the beginning of maturity.
