📝It's not about the physical heart. You're emotionally unable to do sth!
Ex: I don't have the heart to throw it away.(It's not delivering bad news, it's just saying that feel bad to throw it away.)
It's not always delivering bad news. It's really just not wanting to hurt other people.
2️⃣I can't bring myself to do…(less common)
A: Are you going to ask the money he owes y you?
B: I can't bring myself to ask. I feel way awkward.
A: Did you finish the show?
B: No, I can't bring myself to watch the last. episode.(There's something abstalling u. You rather delay, cuz you know still have the show left for you.)
3️⃣I don't have it in me to do…
📝it could be more about physical energy or emotional engry. It's like saying that you're too exhausted or overwhelmed to do. / Not direct by using it.
A: You have few choices of vertical to college.Would you make the final decision, today?
B: Definitely not today. I don't have in me.(physical energy here)
A: Are you gonna bring the issues together?
B: I don't think so. I don't have it in me to argue it anymore.
