The better the Production do their job, the less people notice them doing it.

Does backstage work necessarily twist the way people define success?
Production V.S. Company: For the show to be over.
Theatre Production (backstage) and Theatre Company (onstage) are NOT the same concept at all.
Authority and trust is more taught than built, at least at the very beginning.
The habit of expecting the worse to happen.
Despite the fact that dangers become less heavy once they've passed, there is NO funny backstage disaster in Theatre.
Spending time alone tends to ease stress.
There will always be situations where personal well-being needs to be sacrificed for the sake of the show.
The way compliments become expectations, and therefore, pressure.
The responsibility to be confident all the time.
The approaching feeling of stepping into the final year of high school.
"If I can do it, they (the younger ones) can do it."
The show you see is only 30% of the whole story.
