We can choose what visions we create, what thoughts we attach to, who we spend time with, how we invest our energy, what behaviour we accept from others, what fears and doubts we let go of, and how we respond to tests from the universe. The choices you make determine who you become and what you manifest into your life.If you are on your manifesting journey, become aware of tests.)
Imagine yourself as a garden. Your deepest sense of self-love, worth and truth are the soil from which everything grows. Your conditioning and your life experiences so far mean that the garden is filled with different plants, but not all of them have been put there by you. Some of them are weeds which keep you from growing, others are plants that are not native to who you really are and some simply no longer feel like they belong in your garden. The process of expressing your most authentic self begins first by identifying those weeds and unwanted plants and very gently removing them. Getting down to the roots and taking them out so that the soil of your garden can be free of anything harmful. Then, once you feel like you have cleared the garden of those weeds and plants that are no longer necessary, of all your limiting beliefs and those ideas that do not serve you 🎧 结尾旁白 所以,今天请给自己一点时间, 闭上眼,看看你内心的那座花园。

By deep breathing and visualizing fear as a dark ball, you can dissolve it using light and intention. The method is especially effective for those overwhelmed by their inner critic and unable to practice affirmations yet. Through consistent practice, individuals can regain confidence, express their needs, and reframe their internal narratives. The author highlights that visualization helps not only in clearing fear but also in “changing the mental channel” — replaying best-case outcomes instead of worst-case ones. (The 7 Steps) 1. Be clear in your vision 2. Remove fear and doubt 4. Overcome tests from the universe 6. Turn envy into inspiration 7. This is not a typical dictionary—it is a graceful exploration of nuance, perception, and thought. With gentle precision, the author uncovers the delicate shades of meaning between words that often seem identical, restoring texture and depth to the way we communicate. What makes this book truly delightful is its readability and charm. Each entry is short yet profound, combining clear explanations with vivid, relatable examples. For non-native speakers, it offers more than vocabulary—it cultivates sensitivity to tone, emotion, and rhythm. It teaches us not only what words mean, but how they feel. By learning to sense these fine distinctions, we begin to express ourselves in English with more authenticity and warmth. For women especially, this book carries a quiet power. In a time when clear expression and self-definition matter more than ever, language becomes a form of strength. To learn English is not just to expand our reach—it is to rediscover our own voice. Working With Yourself – Key Takeaways 1. Your mind is not a machine, it’s an ecosystem. Energy, focus, and motivation rise and fall. Instead of fighting this, learn how your mind naturally works and build around it. 2. Akrasia is normal. We all face the “I know I should do this, but I don’t want to” problem. It’s not weakness — it’s biology. Your brain values immediate comfort over long-term benefit. 3. Use systems, not willpower. Willpower burns out fast. Systems like routines, checklists, and environment design make action easier than avoidance. 4. Motivation comes from clarity and reward. * Make tasks crystal clear and bite-sized (the brain resists vague, heavy tasks). * Give yourself immediate rewards after doing them — your brain learns to enjoy progress. 5. Attention is your most limited resource. Guard it fiercely. Eliminate unnecessary distractions and don’t waste focus on things that don’t matter to your goals. 6. Rest is productive. Without recovery — sleep, exercise, play — your mental system burns out. Treat rest as part of the work, not the opposite of it.
