在口语当中说sb. is wired (up) 什么意思呢？
一般美式口语常见，对未来将要发生的事情感到激动、紧张
nervous or excited about a future event:
eg: I was totally wired before the interview.
面试前我都紧张死了。

eg: The guy is pretty wired because of the election.
要选举了，那个家伙紧张到不行。

或者sb. is wired up 也可以用来表示药嗑high了，酒喝多了等等不清醒的状态
