Whenever I read stories about Afghanistan my reaction was always tinged with guilt. A lot of my childhood friends had a very hard time. Some of our cousins died. One died in a fuel truck trying to escape Afghanistan.
每当我看到关于阿富汗的故事，我总是心怀愧疚。很多我童年的小伙伴都经历过非常艰难的时光。我们的表兄妹有些已经死了。其中一个在企图逃离阿富汗的时候，在卡车里死了。
