大家以前可能学过这样一个短语：rush to do something，表示“赶紧地、匆忙地做某事”
to do something very quickly and without delay
比如说，看下面这俩例子：
eg: I rushed to pack my suitcase before she came back.
趁她还没回来，我赶紧把手提箱收拾好。
eg: We shouldn’t rush to blame them.

那么今天节目中，我们来学习一个跟它相关的表达，叫做rush to sb./sth./sp.
这样的短语什么意思呢？
to move toward someone or something in a hasty or frantic manner
或者
to hurry to get to someone, something, or some event
发疯一般地；匆忙地向某个人/事物冲过去；匆忙地参加某个活动；
eg: Thankfully a police officer rushed to our aid.
值得庆幸的是，一位警察赶过来帮了我们。
这个例子的话，如果你认识come to (one's) aid，“给某个人帮忙；营救某个人”，你就能理解什么叫rush to one’s aid了。
