Walking is the most basic movement in everyday life, but in the eyes of artist Alisa Oleva, it is the source of her creative inspiration. Why do we move? How to move? What social forces regulate and guide our movement? This episode starts with Alisa's own practices. It moves to her experience participating in the Taiwan Dajia Mazu pilgrimage. It shares how she views the different understandings of "walking" across cultures and the struggle for identity in geopolitics.

Alisa Oleva拥有科陶德艺术学院(The Courtauld Institute of Art)的学士与硕士学位，以及金匠学院(Goldsmiths, University of London)的表演硕士学位，现居伦敦。她将城市视为她的工作室，将城市生活视为素材，创作取自于城市的质地、纹理与律动，它的边界、通道、考古、架构与沉默。Alisa的作品以互动情境、表演、亲密接触、跑酷、逛街和声音导览呈现。
Alisa Oleva, walking artist. She takes the city as her studio and urban life as material. Her practices derive from the city's texture, rhythm, boundaries, passages, archaeology, architecture, and silence. Alisa's work is presented in interactive situations, performances, close encounters, parkour, and audio tours.
