But our digital devices are also altering our brains in profound ways. (1)发现自己有分心的冲动时,问自己是否真的想“玩一下手机”,有意识地控制自己的“分心冲动”
(2)建立清晰的目标感,“我希望一天结束后我是放松的,满足的,有成就”,越清晰的目标越能帮助自己专注眼前的工作
(3)有意识地给自己设一些短暂的空闲时间,进行一些轻松不费脑的活动,比如玩一些简单游戏,或者在户外散步
(4)人的专注力程度在一天中是波动的,大部分人的波峰一般出现在mid morning,在专注力最好的时候做那些最难最需要创造力的工作
