What kind of life do you want to live? That's the title of Hayao Miyazaki's latest movie, which I haven't seen yet, but I really like the name. It makes me think deeply. Often, we focus too much on our immediate desires and forget what we truly want.

It also reminds me of two sayings: "People live twice in their lives : once when they are born, and once when they know why they are born. Similarly, people will die twice : once when their body leaves, and once when no one in this world remembers them."

What kind of life do you want to live? The reason I think the name is so good is because the subject of that sentence is YOU. In other words, the kind of life we live is the result of our own choices, and it doesn't have much to do with anyone else. No matter the time, we are always the primary responsible party for our own lives, because no one can replace us in experiencing happiness, joy, sadness, or pain.

Sometimes, there are things we can't control the outcome of, but we can always control how we perceive the results. That's what the philosophy of Stoicism teaches us: to accept what we can't change and change what we can.

So, what kind of life do you want to live?

你想活出怎样的人生？这是宫崎骏最近的电影名，虽然还没有看，但是我很喜欢这个名字。因为它发人深思，很多时候我们总是太注重眼前欲望而忘记真正想要的是什么。

同时也让我想到了两个句话：人一生会活两次，一次是人的出生，一次是知道为什么而活。同样人一生也会死去两次，一次是肉体的离去，一次是这世上再也没有人记得他。

你想活出怎样的人生？我觉得名字非常的好的原因是，这句话的主语是你。也就是说，能过什么样的一生是我们自己选择的结果，和其他任何人关系都不大。任何时候我们都是自己人生的第一负责人，没有人能替代我们幸福、快乐、悲伤、痛苦。

有时候，有些事情我们并不能控制其结果，但我们终归可以控制看待结果的方式。也就是斯多葛学派所称的接受那些无法改变的，改变那些你能够突破的。

所以你想要活出怎么样的人生呢？
