近期日常改变

什么改变:早晨慢跑+地点(名字+位置+popular+涌入)

I’d like to describe a positive change I’ve recently made in my daily routine. These days, I’ve started jogging in a nearby park called Sky Park. It is located in the city center and is one of the most popular parks in my city. Every weekend, many visitors go there to relax.

I’ve adjusted my routine in several ways to make this change. Firstly, I set an alarm clock to wake me up early in the morning. Additionally, I ask my parents to supervise me and remind me to stick to my jogging schedule.

为什么是积极改变:减肥+少病+减压

There are several reasons why I believe this is a positive change. Firstly, jogging helps me lose weight. Running on the track works out my muscles and burns calories. Secondly, jogging can reduce the likelihood of getting illnesses like the common cold or fever. Finally, jogging helps me relieve stress. When I jog in the park, I focus solely on my breathing and body movement, which allows me to leave worries behind and feel refreshed.
