科幻大世界，一步一纷呈！
“Farewell to Faust”是科幻作家亚当-特洛伊·卡斯特罗众多幻想题材类的科幻小说之一，主要讲述了主人公面对陌生人不知名原因赠送的钱财，产生了决绝-质疑-平和的心路历程，整个对话过程，体现出大部分人类面临外界诱惑时的一般性特征，首先是求生欲—主人公之所以不收下这份不义之财，主要是因为他不确定拿这份钱会承担什么样的后果；其次是作为人的良知和道义，君子不收不义之财，“富贵于我如浮云”；最后是现实的需求，一个没有钱来长期维持自己的生存，绝大部分会经受不起钱财的诱惑，这是自然之理。总的而言，看似虚设的情景对话，反映了对人心一步又一步地考验，如果成功通过考验，那么每一个“participant”都会得到一个“thumb-up”，人类的精神文明也会发扬光大。

Farewell to Faust is concerned with the struggle for conscience of the protagonist in the face of stacks of dollars as a reward from a stranger. Initially, the protagonist firmly refused to accept the money because the thought that he would unconsciously be killed because of illicitly-received money was repellant and repugnant. His demurral represented his kudos and even amelioration of his sins. He didn't want unknown culpability and unnamed repercussions, both of which defaulted to his mind and got a jolt to his ego. Viewing crisp American hundreds, he was more exhausted because it was the stranger who bounced him into an inexorable dire gulf. Thus, he wound up the hoax in front of himself no matter how the stranger assuaged the curiosity, but for a compromise, then he received the money, but decided to pass it on to other participants the stranger would flummox. This was not to aggrandize his virtue, just to avoid a large pitfall though.
