Born in HK and educated in the UK, Joanna is a seasoned sports business executive and certified mindfulness teacher and coach, with over 15 years of experience driving high-performance initiatives with global sports powerhouses like IMG and NBA etc. She is passionate about fostering a culture of care and support that transcends traditional boundaries, extending into the boardroom, classroom, sports ground and community. As HK Chapter Lead and Global Well-being Lead for the Global Moms Initiative (GMI), Joanna is dedicated to empowering others to cultivate resilience and self-care practices essential to thrive in all areas of life.
