Looking back on my past, when can be called a tough time and how did we deal with it time and time again? Whether the outcome was good or bad, we should be grateful that we have all gotten through these difficult periods. From my personal experience, I have a few small methods that can help me get through tough times more easily. Regulating emotions: 1. Treat yourself to something delicious, but don't overdo it. 2. Chat with friends. Don't worry about how much time you spend, but pay attention to the changes in your mood. As long as it's moving in a positive direction, it's all worth it. 3. Change the environment. Spend one to two hours outside the house, taking a walk or just looking around. Regulate your time plan, give yourself more time, and recharge yourself, such as writing a diary, listening to music, or watching a movie.

As long as you hold the thought that everything will pass, difficulties will seem smaller. The prerequisite for overcoming challenges is to overcome yourself.
