#03 How to get through th tough time. | 如何度过瓶颈期Looking back on my past, when can be called a tough time and how did we deal with it time and time again? Whether the outcome was good or bad, we should be grateful that we have all gotten through these difficult periods. From my personal experience, I have a few small methods that can help me get through tough times more easily. Regulating emotions: 1. Treat yourself to something delicious, but don't overdo it. 2. Chat with friends. Don't worry about how much time you spend, but pay attention to the changes in your mood. As long as it's moving in a positive direction, it's all worth it. 3. Change the environment. Spend one to two hours outside the house, taking a walk or just looking around. Regulate your time plan, give yourself more time, and recharge yourself, such as writing a diary, listening to music, or watching a movie. As long as you hold the thought that everything will pass, difficulties will seem smaller. The prerequisite for overcoming challenges is to overcome yourself.

Currently, many guys probably just received their offers from their university. The result of being admitted to university maybe is what you have been chasing for or probably not. But, anyway, there are not important, because we can’t change them anymore. As someone who has been through it all.filing the intention for the university, i have added a lot. But, in fact, i didn’t have any great interest in any major. So i check a lot information online. Then i waited for the result for almost 4 or 5 days. It was a long time for me, because i don’t know where would i go. Lastly, i get the offer from the university that ranking second on my intention. It is not a very good consequence but i choose to accept it. 2.Problems that we probably will meet How to get along with your roomates? How to plan my studying? What kind of club should you choose? Should you change you majors in the future? 3.What can we do? The main thing is don’t get mess and so hurried. You will get over them! 4.Summary 大学和高中非常不同,但不意味着不用再努力学习了,反而需要大家更加努力地参与学习,难度会更高,但也不要焦虑和担心, 因为大家都是一起走过来的,不要担心但也不要小看它们。
