To do something meaningful has always been important to Shiyang. After completing her studies at Columbia University, she joined Rare, Center for Behavior & the Environment. As the General Manager of Rare China Center for Behavior, Shiyang is committed to catalyzing positive change by applying behavior science to environmental challenges. From wetland protection to food waste reduction, from behavioral science to public engagement, Shiyang shares how she weaves sustainability into every part of her life and work.
