曹虹是国际引导师协会（IAF）认证的专业引导师（CPF）、TCI 国际团队教练学院认证的团队教练以及澳大利亚 IECL 教练机构认证的高管教练。2015 年，她从一名媒体高管转型为引导方法和变革管理方法的学习者和实践者。在近十年的实践中，她积累了在变革管理关键任务的团队引导中服务不同类型客户以及设计和实践不同类型的工作坊和研讨会的经验。
她擅长运用专业的引导工具和方法为客户量身定制工作坊和研讨会，并结合全球变革管理最佳实践，确保组织变革目标的实现和行动的落地。
在引导实践中，她积极了解行业发展，不断反思和学习，先后学习了LSP方法、服务设计、商业模式画布系列引导方法，并通过了专业认证；为了提升多元参与方式，她还学习了叙事戏剧治疗、舞动治疗等课程，并将其应用于引导实践中。

In 2015, she transitioned from a mediaexecutive to a learner and practitioner of facilitation methodologies andchange management approaches. Over nearly a decade of practice, she hasaccumulated experience in facilitating teams for critical change managementmissions across diverse client types, as well as designing and deliveringvarious workshops and seminars.
She excels at tailoring workshops and seminars for clients usingprofessional facilitation tools and methodologies, integrating global bestpractices in change management to ensure organizational change objectives areachieved and actions are implemented.
In her facilitation practice, she actively tracks industry developmentswhile continuously reflecting and learning.
