Step 1️⃣ — Visualize Your Dream Life
第一步：想象你理想中的人生
Picture your future — three, five, or even ten years from now.
描绘三年、五年，甚至十年后的自己。
Ask yourself where you live, what you do, and who you become.
问问自己：你住在哪里？每天在做什么？你会成为怎样的人？
This step is about creating a clear image of your future self.
这一步，是为未来的自己建立一幅清晰的画面。
Step 2️⃣ — Find Images That Represent That Life
第二步：寻找能代表你理想生活的图片
Collect visuals from anywhere that inspires you.
从任何能激发灵感的地方收集素材。
Look for images of work, relationships, hobbies, and lifestyle.
寻找关于工作、关系、兴趣和生活方式的画面。
Each image should reflect a part of the life you’re building.
每一张图片，都应代表你正在构建的人生的一部分。
Step 3️⃣ — Combine and Arrange
第三步：把所有内容组合整理在一起
Group related images and add keywords if you like.
将相关图片放在一起，必要时加些关键词。
Arrange them in a way that feels inspiring and calm.

Make it personal and visually pleasing.

❌ Trap 1️⃣ — Only Focusing on Material Things
只关注物质层面的东西
If your board is only about houses, yachts, and luxury trips,
如果你的愿景板只有房子、游艇和奢华旅行，
that’s not a vision board — it’s online shopping.
那不是愿景板，那更像是淘宝网店。
❌ Trap 2️⃣ — Obsessing Over Timelines
过度执着于时间表
A vision board is not a schedule.
愿景板不是日程表。
Life doesn’t follow your calendar.
人生不会完全按你的计划来走。
❌ Trap 3️⃣ — Only Showing the Outcome
只展示结果
If you only show what you want, but not how you get there,
如果你只展示想要的结果，却不呈现过程，
you’re missing the point.
那你就抓错重点了。
A good vision board shows both the result and the process.
