Last month, my friend Kaikai asked me what my motto was.
I shared with her a sentence I came across online about two years ago, "你的时间是有限的，所以不要浪费时间过别人的生活。” I've kept it pinned to the top of my WeChat ever since.
It was only later that I realized it's from Steve Jobs' 2005 speech at Stanford University.
Now, I'd like to recite the relevant part of that speech.
