26前阵子我回了一趟上海。
主要是办「纵横四海」还有MBA的线下活动，虽然行程很忙，但是还是有抽空跟一些上海的好朋友一起catch up，其中最开心的就是跟我 MBA 时期最好的朋友 Nick 见个面。
我们聊了最近生活的感悟、工作上面和心境上面的变化等等，当然，也聊到了我在澳洲的生活，聊了两个多小时，快走之前，Nick 看着我说了一句话。
他说:
"David, I don't know how to explain it,
but after this past year in Australia,
you seem more… grounded."
我听到那句话，其实心里停了一下，给他会心的一笑。
Grounded 这个字，我当然知道意思，但我也突然意识到——
这种用来形容「内在状态和幸福感」的英文词，我好像还没有给Say Hi的大家来好好介绍一下。
所以今天这一集 Say Hi，我想用九个英文形容词，来跟你聊聊英文里怎么形容一种「人生慢慢稳下来、幸福与满足感」的状态。

中文理解：
定下来了，不再反复怀疑人生方向
隐藏含义：
👉 不再每天问「是不是选错了」

放松、安心、不用防备
情感层次：
👉 不用撑、不用演

满足但不自满，接受当下的自己
容易误会的点：
❌ 不是放弃
✅ 是成熟的满足

7️⃣ Fulfilled
中文理解：
深层满足感，来自「值得」
关键词：
👉 值不值得，而不是累不累
常见搭配：
deeply fulfilling
例句：

8️⃣ Whole
中文理解：
完整的、不再觉得自己少一块
心理层面：
👉 不再用未来否定现在
例句：
- I finally feel whole.
- She no longer looks for validation to feel whole.
9️⃣ Balanced
中文理解：
内在协调、人生角色不打架
重要观念：
👉 Balance ≠ 平均
👉 Balance = 可持续
例句：
- I’m trying to live a more balanced life.
