This episode inspires me a lot of reflection about the definition of success by an enterprise and the respective advantages of first-mover and second-mover or later copies. If the success is just determined by the reaping profit, then the later copies tend to win advantages. However, success should be a comprehensive criteria and indicator, for the first movers and originators, it requires more audacious spirit and adventure. From the economic aspect, it tends to undertake greater risk of more investments, but the endings often backfires.
