Just now, the creator and founder of Juno House Natalie and her Co-founder Liana announced together on LinkedIn that today marks a milestone:

They are publicly saying goodbye and sold Juno House, about to step into the next chapter of their careers.

For those founders who have done it know that the first exit is exhilarating, exciting and unknown—much like entrepreneurship itself. As creators & founders we follow our vision and intuition, trusting the path even when we can’t fully see it… but for me Juno House was never just a business.

Natalie當時已經了解變化的發生，我也些許有所感知。
At that time, Natalie was already aware that changes were coming, and I sensed it too.
處於多年傳媒專業人士的本能，她問說會何時發布？我都未能給到準確答案，因為我希望能帶給她更好的機會，才足以頌揚她為摩登女性們帶來的啟迪和改變。
Out of her instinct as media professional, she asked when it would be released. I couldn’t give an exact answer, because I wanted to create a better opportunity that would properly celebrate the inspiration and change she brought to modern women.
很高興，能有這次對話，我們兩在一個小時裡可能迸發出幾百個創意，噼哩啪啦。
I’m glad we had this conversation, as in just one hour, the two of us might have sparked hundreds of ideas, crackling and popping with energy.
後來我們也加油一起來了場 double date，但意猶未盡，需要安排下一場，更多創意需要發展，需要照進現實。
Later, we even went on a double date together, but it left us wanting more; a next round is needed, more ideas need to be developed, and brought into reality.

朱諾之家｜摩登女性的遊樂場
第一次收到邀約來 JUNO，是為了和一位 Lady 開會（她是活躍於歐洲、中東的媒體關係專家），很謝謝她的引薦。溫和的燈光佐以美麗曲線的建築線條，讓很在意工作空間之美的我，瞬間淪陷。
我猜這裡命名為 Juno House，和朱諾 Juno 有關。她是羅馬神話中的眾神之后，「女性的保護神」、婚姻與生命週期的守護者，代表智慧、尊嚴與力量。
Juno Blossom 不只是一場慶典，更是一份獻給每位女性內在成長的禮讚，也是一場女性與女性之間力量傳遞的致敬。
創始人Natalie 是一位讓人驚嘆的 Lady，她早年在奧巴馬的競選團隊，應對全世界的媒體。當她來到巴塞羅納孕育自己的孩子時，發現並沒有一個適合的空間讓她兼顧事業和育兒，還有很重要的——體貼自己。
據說是因為 IESE 的 women in business 論壇上，她表達了自己的想法，和其中一位到場投資人一拍即合，Juno House 應運而生。更多的故事，要請 Natalie 到《摩登女兒國 Ladies Odyssey》播客裡，為我們細細道來。
很榮幸得到 Natalie 的邀約，在 Juno House 三週年慶典 Blossom 之際，我作為嘉賓接受了訪談，聊關於 “PEACE” 的話題。在這樣全球都深陷多事之秋的當下，這個話題尤為可貴。
在訪談中，我說：「真正學到 PEACE 這個詞，要謝謝我三歲的兒子 Oskar。」
有一次在中世紀古堡，有專業的電影製作團隊在場，表演中世紀騎士們決鬥。觀眾圍坐，濟濟一堂。當騎士們開打，騎在爸爸肩膀上的 Oskar 驚呼：「No～～Stop！」他拒絕暴力。三歲的孩子已經懂得這個道理，可惜現在很多大人需要重新學習。
Juno House 三週年慶典 Blossom 上，我見到 Juno 的 700 多位女性會員，她們各自擁有家庭、事業、才華、理想……恣意綻放的模樣真的很美。
如同朱諾是古羅馬女性儀式中的核心角色，Juno House 為現代女性提供了一個舉辦人生與職場「儀式」的場所——無論是創業、轉型、育兒或自我探索。Juno House 將這股力量轉化為職業成長、人際網絡與自我實現的空間。
Juno House不只是庇護所，更是發聲的舞台, 是摩登國際女性的遊樂場。Juno 代表的不只是女神，更是女性之間彼此認可、相互擁抱與共同成長的情誼，而 Juno House，正是將這股神話力量帶進現代都市的場域實踐。先許下這個心願：Juno House有朝一日成為我們自己的女性版Soho House，每到一處，都可以有我們的聚集地：不只在巴塞羅納，也在巴黎、倫敦、紐約、香港、新加坡、上海……種下種子，等待綻放的那天。
