Rushing to an 8 a.m. class, you grab a piece of bread for breakfast. Scrolling through food delivery apps for almost an hour, you end up ordering from the same fast-food restaurant. Burning the midnight oil to meet a deadline, you still can't help enjoying the guilty pleasure of eating chips. These scenes play out every day on college campus. We are always running between classes and assignments, often forgetting to take care of the stomach that stays up late with us. 

早上八点的课,在路上匆匆啃一口面包当作早饭;中午外卖软件划了半天,最后还是点了那家最常吃的快餐店;深夜赶ddl时,一边焦虑一边往嘴里塞着薯片,吃完又有点后悔……大学校园里,这样的场景每天都在上演。我们忙着赶课、赶作业,却常常忘了照顾那个陪着我们一起熬夜的胃。
