Huh? Smoke free? In Shenzhen, smoke freely!
There're lots of regulations in Shenzhen, but no one cares about them, and the governor takes little action. Somking in the street is a common scene in Shenzhen. And
walkingsmoking situation is much more serious compared to my hometown Wuxi and Nanjing.
I believe all those who use Shenzhen as a "positive" example have not actually understood the situation here in Shenzhen!
zw_rAFa:成都这边也是五一后就出台公共场所禁烟的政策,一个月过去了没卵用,走在大街上还是一堆抽烟的。。根本没人管。
HD27939t:It's exactly the same here in Shanghai. People smoke everywhere as if there were no rules at all. It seems that the only thing that can restrain their behavior is their own personal morality.
Shenzhen an actor city of smoke free…
