Shenzhen an actor city of smoke free…
There're lots of regulations in Shenzhen, but no one cares about them, and the governor takes little action. Somking in the street is a common scene in Shenzhen. And
walkingsmoking situation is much more serious compared to my hometown Wuxi and Nanjing.
I believe all those who use Shenzhen as a "positive" example have not actually understood the situation here in Shenzhen!
