Who is our special guest?
Susanna Durston is the Director and Lead Facilitator of Facilita Consulting, based in Perth, Western Australia and works with organisations locally, interstate, and internationally.
Susanna brings more than three decades of experience in the energy and resources sector, including 25 years with Woodside Energy, where she held senior roles supporting corporate and operational initiatives, facilitating major projects, and delivering outcomes in complex, high-stakes environments.
An internationally certified facilitator (CPF) and mentor since 2016, Susanna leads a specialist associate team with over 350+ years of combined energy and resources experience and 200+ years of facilitation and consulting expertise.
She holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Postgraduate in Management, Diploma in Project Management, and an MBA. Key certifications include Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, AgilePM Foundation, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified.
Susanna serves on the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Oceania Board, contributing to the profession and supporting the journey toward the 2026 IAF Oceania Conference.
