1. Do you laugh at jokes a lot?

Absolutely, I'm such an easy laugh actually, even silly one-liners can crack me up instantly. In fact, when I was studying in Singapore, I even set up something called the SG Bus Uncle app, which provides live bus times, but also shot little jokes to my phone. It would definitely give me a quick chuckle or lift my spirits when waiting for the bus.

2. Can you tell jokes well?

You'd think with the number of jokes I listen to, but honestly, I'm terrible at telling jokes. I ruin the joke by laughing even before delivering the punch-line. I'll start giggling uncontrollably halfway through. The person I'm telling the joke to usually just rolls their eyes and asks, "What's the funny part?" So, no, I'm lousy at joke telling.

One hundred percent, I truly believe laughter is vital for everyone's mental wellbeing. Back where I'm from, we even have a well-known old saying, "Laughter keeps you young.” It basically means staying cheerful and having a good laugh regularly keeps stress levels down and stops daily worries from weighing on your mind.
