Ceuta Migrant Crisis Sparks EU Alarm as Most Return to Morocco / 休达移民危机引发欧盟警觉，多数移民已返回摩洛哥
Spain's interior minister said that 70,000 of the 72,000 migrants who overran Ceuta, a small Spanish enclave in northern Morocco, had returned to Morocco. At least 141 people drowned attempting to enter the territory. The extraordinary breach of security created a sense of crisis in the European Union and caused Italy and other countries to say they would suspend co-operation in the Schengen border-free zone with Spain. Pedro Sánchez, Spain's Socialist prime minister, accused critics of inflaming the situation.
