so what are your top tips

well just start small

you don't have to have an allotment

you can grow in pots and containers

you don't even have to have a garden

things like sunflowers
比如向日葵
they're so easy to grow
特别好种
you just plant the seed in the ground
只要把种子埋进土里
you water it and you wait
浇水然后等着就行
and you're gonna have a wonderful sunflower
就能长出超好看的向日葵
you know it's great for pollinators as well
而且对传粉昆虫也很好
salad leaves are so easy you sort of

sprinkle on a bit of soil

and they just come up like cress

and then you just start
