不少人习惯周末久睡,误以为是补觉,实则不断打乱生物钟,人为制造时差,也就是社交时差。看似在弥补睡眠,实则只会让新一周持续疲惫、昼夜失调。

One simple rule for every family: wake up at the same time daily. This single habit resets and stabilizes your entire biological clock.

Many people sleep in late on weekends thinking they are catching up on rest. Instead, they disrupt their circadian rhythm and create what experts call Social Jet Lag. They gain no real recovery, yet spend the whole following week struggling with fatigue and out-of-sync body clocks.
